Herb L. Freeman, CRB, GRI, Real estate agent, Associate Broker with NP Dodge in Omaha, Nebraska, was honored as the 2022 Nebraska Realtor of the Year all through the Nebraska REALTORS Affiliation Grand Luncheon April 5th. The Nebraska Real estate agent of the Calendar year is the highest honor awarded by the Nebraska REALTORS Affiliation and is offered to a member who exemplifies company not only to the affiliation, but to the local community and the actual estate business at large.

Freeman has been a certified Realtor given that 1972 and has served in a lot of capacities for the Omaha Region Board of REALTORS, Nebraska REALTORS Association and the National Affiliation of REALTORS. For the Omaha Location Board of REALTORS Freeman has served on various committees and is a former Previous President and Director of the board and the Terrific Plains REALTORS MLS and served as a director of the Wonderful Plains Regional MLS. Freeman is a Previous President and Director of the Nebraska REALTORS Affiliation and has served on quite a few committees around the decades. Freeman is at this time serving on the Governmental Affairs Committee, License Law Committee and the Previous President’s Advisory Board. Freeman is a previous Director for the Nationwide Affiliation of REALTORS and has served on several committees.

Outside of the Real estate agent Associations, Freeman’s accomplishments involve: Previous Principal Member for The Realty Alliance, Previous 2nd District Broker Member of the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, Past President of the Omaha Place Improved Enterprise Bureau, Past President of the UNO Alumni Affiliation and Past President of the Initial Unitarian Church of Omaha. Freeman is at present serving as a Director for Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA).

Freeman holds a master of Company Administration from UNO, and was an English trainer at a Tech Higher School in advance of going into Serious Estate. He loves improvement and redevelopment of initiatives and is a member of Congress for New Urbanism and National Town Builders Affiliation. Freeman was born and raised in Omaha, NE and currently resides in Yutan, NE.
